A former Rockwood police officer was arraigned Tuesday on sexual assault charges involving a prisoner.

Christian Zieminski, 33, of Rockwood faces counts of second- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and misconduct in office. The incident with the prisoner occurred June 12, but the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office would not release any other details.

Zieminski was given a personal bond of $20,000. A preliminary examination was set for 1:30 p.m. Sept. 10 in 33rd District Court.

In a statement, Rockwood Police Chief Stephen Rowe said he asked the Michigan State Police to investigate a citizen complaint against Zieminski. It is unclear when Zieminski was terminated from the force, and no other information was released.

This is the not the first time Zieminski has faced allegations of sexual impropriety. In 2006, he was fired from the Brownstown Police Department for a consensual relationship he was having with a 17-year-old high school student.

At the time he was fired from that police force, Zieminski had been the Woodhaven High School police liaison officer for a month and had been with the force for about six years.

A Las Vegas police officer accused of stopping female drivers while on duty and coercing them into exposing their breasts resigned Tuesday.

Sgt. John Sheahan said Wednesday that officer John Norman is no longer employed with the Metropolitan Police Department. Norman had been on unpaid leave.

He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on Feb. 1 on felony charges of coercion and oppression under the color of office and misdemeanor open or gross lewdness.

“My aren’t we bashful today”

Following the recent Good Friday shootings, America now knows that Tulsa’s north side is riddled with crime and violence. Now, the police captain charged with keeping the area safe is at the subject of a major sexual scandal.

Tulsa Police Department Captain Shawn King is a first-shift captain in North Tulsa’s Gilcrease Division. He appears to have engaged in lewd and deviant sexual behavior while on duty, and is suspected of sexual-related crimes.

Hundreds of explicit photographs and videos obtained by This Land Press depict a man identified as King by his former partner, Keen Roberts. It depicts an officer engaging in various acts of extreme sexual behavior, at times while in uniform both on- and off-duty.

The materials found on King’s laptop include videos of King masturbating and then ejaculating onto his TPD-issued work shirt and photographs of a uniformed King masturbating in his work office. He then sent the videos to a subordinate Tulsa Police officer with whom he was having a sexual relationship.

Earlier this month, King, 42, was disciplined by TPD Internal Affairs for “engaging in inappropriate behavior while on duty,” according to a Personnel Order dated April 3, 2012, and signed by TPD Chief Chuck Jordan. The disciplinary action constituted a five-day suspension without pay for King.

Keena Roberts, 39, who made the complaint that instigated the investigation, is dissatisfied with the outcome and believes King should be fired.

“I’m totally outraged on how this was handled,” Roberts said. “I feel like I’ve been thrown to the wolves.”

Police Officer Caught Masturbating and Talking Dirty To Himself In His Police Car

A police sergeant in Santa Fe, New Mexico is in a bad situation after a video caught him masturbating while he was on duty. The video has recently been released and it was filmed by the dashboard camera of the officer’s cruiser. The video released to the media does not show the inside of the cruiser but has audio that is quite steamy. The officer in question is Sgt. Mike Eiskant.

One former officer, Shannon Brady, was not surprised at the news of the video as Brady said that Eiskant had a bad reputation as a stalker of women and a ‘creeper.’ Brady attempted to file a harassment complaint against Eiskant years ago with the Santa Fe Police Department’s human resource division. The complaint was filed with compliance officer Raymond Rael, who is not the police chief for the department.

You can hear on the video his audio-erotic situation and the sound of a zipper can be heard clearly. The officer seems to be masturbating while looking at a nude picture of a woman on his cellphone. The video is a total of 10 minutes and at one time in the video the officer can be heard saying, “Oh, show me those big beautiful breasts, baby.”

“They had plenty of opportunities over the course of many years to do something about it and they refused to,” Brady said.

When Brady tried to file the claim, Rael asked if she was “doing this only because of all the rumors against Mike Eiskant stalking women.” Rael instead offered mediation between the two parties but Brady declined. Rael has said that he is unaware of any other complaints against Eiskant, who has never been placed on administrative leave. Eiskant is scheduled to retire in November.

“I did not have prior knowledge, and if I did, I would have acted,” Rael said.

When Eiskant was promoted to the rank of sergeant he was issued the badge number 69. Rael explained that he did not know the reason why this happened.

“Is it possible that it is coincidental?” Rael said. “I suppose, but I can’t speak to that issue one way or another.”

A statement from the Attorney General Gary King’s office said that Eiskant promised he “will never again become a law enforcement officer anywhere in the United States,” as part of his plea deal. The agreement also states that “probation length, at initial sentencing, shall not exceed one year, and may be converted to unsupervised probation, in the discretion of the court, after any mandatory counseling has been completed.”

Eiskant entered a no contest plea in Bernalillo County District Court in front of Judge Reed Sheppard for other issues. The no contest pleas were for two counts of attempt to commit a felony for false imprisonment, one count of stalking, two counts of harassment and charges for larceny and possession of marijuana. The criminal complaint details that seven of the charges happened in 2011 and plenty of them involved women in traffic stops.
